Poetry by Philip M. Williams

The Bible Of Love
and
The Anti – Faustian Pact

To
Find out
Why
All lovers need
A written anti-Faustian pact,

You
Must read
The bible of love.

A
Rather
Briefer
Physic of physics,
That history of time,

Arcane
To some,
Quite clear

To lovers, who,
Must seal,
The anti – Faustian pact.

Regrets? No.
Remorse? No.
No guilt.
No what ifs.
No if onlys.

Where are we now?
Does endless now
Curve
Into endless space?

Will our remorse
Just serve to pain
Our new gone
Other?

Better yet
to gently close
That door to formless
Grief.

And open wide
That other door,
To all those rooms
Filled with light .

Gorgeous times.
Loving times.
